Booking and Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
  • No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Changes to Booking

  • Any changes to décor, date, or venue must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability and possible additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the event is cancelled within 14 days of the event date, no refund will be issued.
  • If the event is cancelled more than 14 days before the event date, 10% of the total booking fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Access & Setup

  • The client is responsible for ensuring venue access at the agreed time for setup and breakdown.

Balance Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before or upon arrival at the event venue.
  • No décor setup will begin until full payment has been received.

Damage & Loss

  • Any damage or loss of décor items caused by guests, venue staff, or misuse will be charged to the client.

Non Payment

  • Failure to complete full payment may result in cancellation of services, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Agreement

  • By paying the deposit, the client agrees to all the above Terms and Conditions.
